The intellectual Property department of GV-Paris advises and represents its clients during registration requests for trademarks, patents, and domain names, in dealing with the Brazilian and French national institutes for industrial and intellectual property.

The team also provides control and monitoring services concerning intellectual property rights and assists its clients in drafting and reviewing technology-transfer contracts, franchise contracts, and technical assistance contracts for investments in Brazil and in France.
