Law Interns

GV-Paris is recruiting for its Parisian office law inters for the departments (i) real estate and corporate, and (ii) tax.

The Firm: GV-Paris has a multidisciplinary and multicultural team. The Firm assists clients in their project of investment abroad. GV-Paris practices French and Brazilian law in the following specialties: corporate, real estate, contracts, sport, tax, international family and inheritance, and arbitrage.

Job description: The intern will assist the lawyers in their missions. He or she will be asked, according to the department, to do research, draft legal documents or affidavits, tax returns as well as participate in the day-by-day administrative tasks concerning clients and their files.

Aimed profile: candidate in Master I or Master II in law (corporate, real estate, tax) the intern has to be rigorous, organized and flexible. A proficient level in Portuguese and/or English is required.

Duration: 6 months (minimum of three months) internship. An intern agreement between the intern, the university and the Firm is required.
